Restoration bench

The print you meant to keep.

Pixelated screenshots, grainy night frames, and scans that went soft do not need another beauty filter. They need a larger, cleaner file you can compare against the original before you print it or send it.

JPEG, PNG, WebP, or AVIF. The first three repairs do not need an account.

  • 3 tries, no signup
  • No watermark on the preview
  • No ads
  • Failed jobs are not charged
  • Deleted after 24 hours

Four ways a file gets ruined

Put the damaged frame on the bench

Mode

Drag the original across the repair

These plates were made for the site so you can see blocks, speckle, and blur against an intact edge. They are not customer files, and they are not a promise about your photograph.

Letters, before the model guesses

Left: the sign with the focus pulled off the letters. Right: the letters as the camera held them.

Grain that should not eat the window

Left: coarse grain over the night frame. Right: the same frame without that speckle.

Blocks, then the lamp that was actually there

Left: the lamp reduced and enlarged by repeating pixels. Right: the sharp plate.

Before you replace the file

Will this recover the original photograph?

No. Pixels that were never saved cannot be fetched back. The bench predicts edges, texture, and faces that are plausible for what remains. If the person stops looking like themselves, keep the small file.

What does the free bench include?

Guests get three credits a day with no account: upscale 2×, denoise, and unblur cost one, and colorize costs two. The preview is full quality and carries no watermark. The free download is capped at 3,200 px on the long edge. Commercial use is allowed when you have the rights to the file. Print ($12) and Archive ($29) unlock full-size downloads, 4×, face restore, and, on Archive, 8×.

Where do the photos go?

Originals and results are deleted 24 hours after the job is created. There are no ads. Card numbers stay with Polar, the merchant of record. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and are not refunded. A failed job returns its credit. The live model runs on Replicate when a token is configured.

Why is there a slider instead of a single “after”?

A restoration can invent a window mullion or a pore that was not there. Dragging the original across the result is how you decide whether the file is fit to print.
